We always make this at home esp if we r in a spicy mood with left over tandoori chicken it's unique fragrance and flavour makes one love it more then fried rice many times.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
4 tbsp oil
1 large onion thinly sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 beaten eggs
2 cooked tandoori chicken breasts.
1/2 c thinly chopped veggies( Carrots, cabbage,bell bepper, peas or beans)
