I learnt this from my mom in law .And this was generally made out of left over idli batter.It tastes awesome.Try it out.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
Idli batter
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup jaggery
pinch of salt
2 elaichi
Directions
Mix all the ingredients properly except idli batter.
grease a cake or any steal tin with oil ,pour idli batter into it to make 1 layer, then make a layer of coconut mixture and again pour the idli batter to make another layer.
Steam it on a steamer for 10-15 min or until done.
cut it into thick slices like dhokla and serve
U can serve it as it is or with a tsp of oil over it.
