Crab Chilly

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    10-12 small crabs boiled in water adding salt 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 3-4 capsicums 3 tomatoes 3 onions 1/2-cup spring onions A pinch of red color 2 tbsp each chopped ginger -garlic 5-6 slit green chilies 2 tsp red chilly sauce 2 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp tomatoes sauce A pinch of pepper powder Oil to fry Salt to taste


    1. First, take the boiled crab in a colander and remove all the excess water. Then add color, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour and salt to taste, red chilly powder to taste and deep-fry it. Keep it aside.
    2. Chop onions, capsicums and tomatoes in big square pieces.
    3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a Kadahi and fry green chilies and onions. Then add chopped ginger, garlic, capsicum, and tomatoes one by one. Add spring onions too.
    4. then add deep fried crab in it and add the sauces 1 by 1 and fry in high flame. Keep the capsicums crisp.

    instead of boiling the crab fry it so the flavour of the grab is retained in the dish and gives a better taste to the dish
