In cooking pot put 2 glass of water then Put Mince,Potatoes,Channa Dal, Onion,Red Chili Powder,Black Paper,Green Chilies and Salt. Let it be boil until whole water dissolves.
Grind all this boiled mixture in Grinder.
Makes Tikkyas from that grind mixture.
Dip one by one Tikkyas in whipped eggs and fry it into fry pan.
