In pak this dish is very famous especially in lahore, u can get this dish in every food street.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg mutton liver
    • 2 mutton kidneys
    • 1 mutton heart
    • 1 mutton brain
    • 1 onion finely sliced
    • 2 lemons
    • 4 tomatoes finely chopped
    • 6 green chillies
    • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 2 tsp whole coriander seeds
    • 2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp ground red chillies
    • 1 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 cup clarified butter
    • salt to taste



    1. Dice liver,kidneys and heart.
    2. Heat clarified butter in a pot & add onion and fry till golden.Add tomatoes and fry till tender.
    3. Add heart,kidneys,liver,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,cumin seeds,whole coriander,black pepper, garam masala and salt.Cook for 15 minutes.
    4. When all the ingredients are well-cooked add the brain and cook for another 5 minutes.
    5. Garnish with green chillies,coriander leaves and lemons before serving.

    Salma ji, aap bahut mazaak ki insaan lagte hain, achchaa lagaa, aap ke ' don't eat spare parts' lavs sunn kar. LOL.
