Chicken and veggie parcels

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • ½ cup Cabbage,carrots,capsicum and spring onions
    • ½ cup boiled and shredded chicken
    • 4-5 cloves  garlic chopped
    • 10-15 won ton sheets
    • 1 tbsp soya sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • For Sweet chilli sauce
    • 2 tbsp soya sauce
    • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp honey


    1. Cut all vegetables into julienne
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion and garlic, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 mins, add shredded chicken, salt and pepper and soya sauce.
    3. Place spoonful of mixture onto won ton sheet and apply beaten eggs to the edges.
    4. Gather up corners to make a little parcel. Tie with spring onion.
    5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry won-tons in medium hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
    6. Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper
    7. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
    8. For sweet chilli sauce
    9. Take soya sauce in a bowl, to this add chilli sauce and vinegar add sesame oil, honey and mix well
    10. Add little water if required.
