- Take oil in pan add cloves, Cinnamon, pepper corns then saute.
- After add onion slices fry golden brown then add ginger garlic paste,green paste(crush green chillies,mint & coriander leaves, tomatoes) cook for 2 min.
- Add boiled meat stir well this mixture.
- Then boiled the tuvar dal in open vessel, dal is not broken.sieve this mixture. remaining water is useful to make this palida.so do not discard the water.
- then add red chilli, coriander and garam masala powder. flour ,dry mango pieces. fry for 1 min.
- add remaining water add salt , lemon juice, water for as per requirement.
- cook for 5min. at last add coriander and mint leves.
- serve with tuvar dal khichadi.(remaining boil tuvar dal is use full to make tuvar dal khichadi.)
tuvar dal khichadi=take a pot add oil+butter add whole Cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns bay leaves,cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste saute them ,add water, salt, rice, at last add boil tuvar dal. close the lid cook them for first high flame 2min, then slow the flame and cook.
