Noodle Bhel

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup normal hakka noodle
    • chilly sauce
    • tomato sauce
    • coriander leave
    • 1/2 lemon
    • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
    • sliced cabbage,tomatoes,spring onion
    • chat masala
    • pinch of salt to taste


    1. Shallow fry in Pan noddle after cooling then crush in serving bowl
    2. Add sliced cabbage,tomatoes, spring onion
    3. Now Add chilly sauce,tomato sauce,soya sauce n mix it well
    4. serve with a small amount of coriander leaves & lemon juice.
    5. ready to serve

    Yes its temptimg Mr. Shah. No please dont boil the noodles as you will not get the crunchy taste like BHEL has.....

    Looks very tempting but don't you have to boil the noodles and when it cools down then you have to fry them? Just curious. thanks.
