My daughter who is 5 just loves it's ideal for kids!!!! But please make according to the measurements given.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
85 gms maida (plain flour)
25 gms butter
55 gms cheese (shredded)
1 tsp caraway seeds (shah jeera)
1 tbsp milk approx., a pinch of salt.
Directions
Sieve the flour, rub in the butter with finger tips.
Add cheese, caraway seeds and salt and make dough by adding milk.
Roll out the dough to about 6mm thickness or like that of a chapati (roti) and cut into bite size pieces with cutter of any shape.
Arrange on a greased baking tray and prick all over with a fork and bake in oven at 450* F for 7-8 mins. or till you see the crackers becoming golden. Serve plain or with any dip. If kept in air-tight jar it can be stored upto 2-3 days.
