Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 ltr buttermilk
    • 1/2 cup moong dal paste
    • 1 1/2 cup boiled mixed veggies (peas, cauliflower, beans, carrot)
    • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped salt to taste
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tomato chopped chopped
    • coriander for garnishing

    Directions

    1. in a heavy bottom degchi mix dal paste and buttermilk. put on gas for cooking. stir continuously for 10 min.
    2. Cook kadhi for 1/2 hr on low flame.
    3. Now mix veggies. cook for another 15 minutes. prepare tadka with rest of the ingredients.
    4. Mix tadka . garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice or u can have it with roti. i 'm sure u will like it.
