Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 cup Curri patta.
    • 1/4 cup roasted pea nut without cover.
    • 3 or 4 green chilli.
    • 1/4 tsp cumin seed.
    • 1/4 tsp suger.
    • 1 table spoon fresh curd.
    • 2 tsp oil.
    • 2 dry red chilli.
    • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds.
    • Salt to taste.

    Directions

    1. Grind cury patta , cumin seed ,pea nut, green chilli, salt, suger in a mixer pot with the help of mixer.
    2. put it out in a bowl.
    3. Add fresh curd.
    4. Mix it well.
    5. Heat oil in a pan.
    6. When oil is hot drop in mustard seeds.
    7. When the mustard seeds crackeled add red chilli.
    8. Then add this tadka on chatni.
    9. It is ready to eat with south indian dishes.

    How long will this chutney last. I mean for how many days we can store it.
