Make delicious chocolates at home.
Ingredients
vegetarian
1 servings
2 tsp cocoa powder
5 tsp milk powder
5 tsp icing sugar
2 tsp of ghee
some chrushed walnuts and almonds
Directions
Mix cocoa powder, milk powder and icing sugar.
Then put the mixture in a double boiler. Wait till the water below starts boiling.
Then add ghee to the mixture and continue to stir it.
If the mixture does not melt, then add about 2 tsp of water.
Do not add too much of water or else the resulting chocolate
will turn out to be too liquid.
After the chocolate has completely melted turn the heat off and
add chrushed walnuts and almonds to the mixture.
Spread the chocolate in a plate and keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs.
when the chocolate is a bit solid but still malleable give it a
required shape and wrap it in some decorative paper.
