It gives a taste of paneer along with chinese flavour in winters and monsoons it really waters your mouth. try once.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
250 gms paneer
2 bread slices
2 normal sized boiled potatoes
100 gms of cornflour
salt,pepper powder.
For filling
50 gms french beans (chopped),
50 gms cauliflower
100 gms carrot
100 gms onion
4-5 green chillies
1/2 inch piece of Ginger
2½ tbsp of vinegar,
soya sauce to taste
5 tbsp of tomato sauce
3 tbsp of chilly sauce
salt & pepper powder
for garnishing 4 cheese cubes
Directions
Take paneer, cornflour, boiled potatoes, bread squeezed from water, salt to taste,1.25 spoon of pepper powder, coriander leaves. Mash and mix well all these things properly in a bowl into a soft dough
Heat a pan and put some oil in it.
Add chopped onion, ginger, green chillies and fry them till they turn golden brown.
Add all the other chopped vegetables mix well and leave them for 5 mins in the pan so that they get softened.
Add salt and pepper powder to taste, soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and mix well. Let it cool.
Take the prepared dough, make small balls and flatten them to fill in the prepared filling. Fill in gently as the dough is very soft.
After all the balls get prepared heat oil in pan and deep fry the balls.
Spread Chinese cheese balls in a flat tray and top them with grate d cheese. Keep it in a heated oven for a few seconds so that the cheese melts. Do not put for long or else the cheese balls will melt.
After garnishing with cheese serve hot chineese cheese balls with green chutney or sauce.
