Penna arabiate (Pasta in white sauce)

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • Penne pasta, as needed
    • 4-5 cloves Garlic
    • 5 Cashew nuts, chopped
    • 4 tsp Malai, Mayonnaise
    • Pinch of Oregano,chilly flakes
    • 2 tsp Thai chili dip
    • 2 tsp Tabasco
    • salt and white pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp Butter
    • 4 tsp Olive oil

    Directions

    1. Boil water with pinch of salt and olive oil. Add penna in this water.
    2. Boil penna till soft (aldente). Drain it.
    3. Heat oil. Cook garlic in it.
    4. Add cashew nuts and cook it for while.
    5. Add all masalas. add penna.
    6. Cook it for 2 min add mayonnaise and malai.
    7. Add butter.
    8. Mix well and cook for 2 min. your yummy pasta is ready..
