Chicken Cheese Roll

Chicken Cheese rolls in a Creamy Dip.

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1-2 pieces Boneless Breast Chicken.
    • 2 tsp ground garlic, ginger and green chilli.
    • 2 tsp vinegar.
    • 1 egg white beaten
    • 1/2 cup of fresh bread crumbs.
    • Amul cheese 2inches by 1/2 inch wide sprinkled by oregeano.
    • Oil to fry
    • Assorted vegetables (Potatoes,broccoli, baby corn, carrot, mushrooms)
    • salted fried cashewnuts.
    • salt to taste.

    FOR THE CREAM SAUCE: Make a delicious creamy dip by adding the following ingredients.

    • 1 Tspoon flour(Maida).
    • 2 tablespoon butter or margraine
    • 1/2 teaspoon each sugar
    • 1/4 Tspoon whitepepper ,ground nutmeg and salt to taste. 
    • one and a quater cup of light cream.

    Directions

    1. Make a paste of ground garlic, ginger, green chilly, vinegar and salt which in the quatities mentioned.
    2. Cut the chicken into thin slice of about 3 inches long, 3 inches broad and 1/2 a inch thick. Marinate it for an hour with half the paste made above.
    3. Now roll the amul cheese with 2 pinch of oregano in the chicken slice, give it shape of small roll. Dip this roll in the white beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    4. Deep fry it till golden brown.

    ASSORTED VEGETABLES

    1. Melt 1 table spoon of butter in a pan, and put the rest half of the paste (ginger,garlic,chilli) in the pan.
    2. Add the vegetables to the pan. Cook until they tender and crisp.
    3. Prepare sauce by melting the butter in a pan. Stir in flour, Sugar, pepper, nutmeg and salt.
    4. Cook and stir untill you see it bubbling. Gradually add cream.
    5. Boil till the cream thickens like kissan tomato sauce.

    HOW TO SERVE

    Pour the white cream in the plate. Keep two chicken rolls in it. Decorate it with the assorted vegetables and salted fried cashewnuts. Chilly sauce and tomato sauce can also be served.
