Amla groundnut chutney

amla (indian gooseberry) , a rich source of vitamin c is good for immunity . i added groundnuts to make the chutney tastier

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • ½ cup chopped amla
    • ¼ cup fried peanuts (mungphali)
    • 1 small piece of ginger
    • 5 cloves of garlic
    • 1 green chilly
    • a bunch of green coriander
    • salt to taste
    • sugar to taste (optional)

    Directions

    1. Cut green corinder and ginger into small pieces.
    2. Put all ingredients in the chutney jar of mixy and grind to a fine paste
    3. Amla groundnut chutney is ready.
