1 litre milk
2 tbsp maizena (corn flour)
250 ml cream
canned strawberries tin
10 tbsp sugar
some fresh strawberries /strawberries syrup for garnishing
vanilla ice cream
Bring milk on boil by adding sugar. Stir in cornflour mixed with little water.mix well to avoid lumps.keep stirring till creamy.remove from flame
Keep stirring and bring it to room temperature.keep in refrigerator for further cooling.
Add canned strawberries(dont use the syrup) and cream and stir in milk mixture.
Keep some ice in big bowl .and put the milk mixture bowl over it.using electric beater ,beat the milk mixture.till it start turning thick and creamy.
Put in freezer for 1 hour to set.
While serving.put a scoop of vanilla ice cream/strawberry ice cream.garnish with fresh chopped strawberries/strawberries syrup.
