Easy to make and keep for a long time

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    2 cups wheat flour 1 cup methi leaves (fresh) 1/2 tsp haldi powder 3/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp ajwayan salt to tast 2 tbsp oil for moyam and oil for frying


    1. Add all masala with wheat flour it and add methi leaves in it and and oil in it and make a dough.
    2. And after that make a little balls and make like a roti and fry like a paratha.
    3. Wrap in a foil paper and serve with pickle.



    moyam is the oil added to the flour to make it soft.


    In your recipe u said to use, 2tbsp of oil for Moyam. What is Moyam? Could u please reply? Thanks.

    yes it is good ..but theplas are really difficult to make..
