Why you buy, when its easy to make them at home

i'm back again with international cuisine try this simple recipe out. try this for birthday bash for kids, easy way to reach their hearts

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups corn flour ( would be best if take dried corns and make it flour)
    • ¼ cup butter 
    • salt to taste
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • warm water

    FOR FILLINGS

    • 1 cup paneer small cubes
    • 2 tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped finely
    • fresh mint, coriander
    • cabbage
    • lemon juice, to taste
    • salt to taste
    • Fresh cooked red kidneys beans
    • Cheddar cheese
    • vinegar one spoon
    • red chilies powder
    • red, green, yellow bell peppers (Shimla mirch)
    • olive oil

    Directions

    1. BLEND FLOUR, butter, baking powder with warm water knead it slowly make a bit dried dough as we want tortillas to be crispy.
    2. keep it aside for at least 15 min.
    3. Take small amount dough and make fine round Roti , 
    4. NOW make quick butter wash to belans or the rollin pins 
    5. Heat tortillas on a griddle just like you'd make rotis (or a microwave for 15-20 seconds). Do not overcook.
    NOW the stuffing - Feel free to be creative with other ingredients such as meat, chicken 

    Mix paneer, onion, coriander, mint bell pepper, red kidneys, cabbage, red chillie powder, lemon juice, vinegar ,salt to taste, olive oil 

    Fill the crispy tortillas with fillings, grate the cheddar cheese on the top and serve. You can also sprinkle cheese in the filling and toast the tacos on a griddle.
