Being conscious of my family's health, I stuck on this idea where the ingredients were same but even then something different for all
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
2 cups Sprouted dal
soya chunks (soaked and squeezed out),
2 big tomatoes
1 big size onion
1 tbsp garam masala
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tspn lemon juice
1 tsp chillie powder
1 green chillie,
1 tejpatta
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
corriander for garnish.
Directions
Make the sprouts ready and boil them in the pressure cooker until 1 whistle comes. The soya should be thoroughly squeezed after soaking for 1 hr and then marinate it with 1 drop of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Make a paste of fried onion .
Heat oil in pressure cooker and fry the onion, tejpatta, ginger garlic paste .
After it becomes golden brown, add tomato puree, little salt, garam masala, grren chillie (in long slits)and fry for 3 mins.
Now add the marinated soya and fry a bit then add the boiled sprouts and mix thoroughly. now add the remaining water of the boiled sprouts in it with 1 and a half cup of water with little bit more salt to taste .
Now close the lid and let 1 whistle come .
Now your sprouts with soya is ready but don't forget to garnish with lots of finely chopped coriander leaves.
The calorie content of this dish is very less and taste very good with chapathis and even with rice.
