Dear Madam Hemamalini of tamilnadu, Like you, I too am very much interested in soyabean as a nutritious food ingredient and hence, avidly jumped for your recipe "Soya with Sprouts" discovered via search. Well! contrary to my expectations aroused by your title, the recipe consisted of a soya commercial product, nuggets(chunks in your language), and not sprouted soyabeans. Since it is your article and hence your lookout, OK for that matter! However, alas! the "Mega problem" at the outset was "2 cups Sprouted dal". To the best of my little knowledge, when dal is prepared from whole pulses by thrashing, the embryo gets knocked out and I have not heard of any "Dal" that sprouts. Of course, although secondary in importance to this "Mega-blunder", is nevertheless the question, which dal? Well! On account of these blocks in the way of my enjoying your dish, I could not gain better health from it and the vote score continues to be 0, till such date as scientists discover a method of "Sprouting Dals". Please do not feel bad about my intimation, because, it is possible that, not being able to make the preparation could be actually a blessing in disguise. Kindly publish a recipe based on soyabeans or soyaflour - I am game for it. Hope that your family's health continues to be good. Regards.
