Not a very hot dish

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    1Kg Chicken 1/4 kg onion 1/4kg tomato 1/4kg curd 4tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp dhania powder 1 tsp haldi pwdr 1 tsp anaar dana pwdr 2 tsp garam masala ginger -garlic finely chopped oil


    1. Mix the dry powders with curd & marinate & keep it aside for 5 hrs.
    2. Heat the vessel & add oil , put onion & tomato & saute for sometime add ginger garlic to it .
    3. Add the marinated chicken to it pour very little water & cook on a slow flame.



    Its totally different, i like to cook different kind of dishes. I will definitely try to make it. Its wonderful
