This is a really healthy vegetable which is fast to cook and good to eat
For Avial another option is to use little tamarind instead of curd. Once Avial is ready season only with Curry Leaves and little coconut oil. Traditional Avial is without mustard. by Lata Mohan - Dubai
better to beat the curd in mixer and add it seperately.
also if the curd is well fermented it will taste better.
add the curry leaves just before taking off from gas and
then add coconut oil and no mustard seeds.
