Mince Cake

salty in taste

good for breakfast and can be enjoyed during picnics

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 kg mince
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 Onion
    • 1 tsp Garlic paste
    • 2 tsp red chilli powder
    • salt to taste
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • coriander leaves
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp vinegar
    • 1/2 cup of oil


    1. Put chopped onion in oil and fry it, when its colour turn light brown take it out of the oil and grind it.
    2. Mix all the ingredients except the eggs in the meat and mix the grinded onion in the mince.
    3. Pre heat the oven. Put oil in the oven dish or tray just a little so it does not stick.
    4. Put the mixture of mince in the oven dish in the shape of a cake.
    5. Now beat the eggs and spread it over the cake ,so the cake is covered with the eggs.
    6. Now place the dish into the oven and heat it slowly so it could be baked.
    7. Bake it for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    8. Garnish it with tomatoes and salad leafs.
