- 1 cup Soya chunks
- 1 tbsp Chana dal
- 1 Onion, big finely chopped
- 6 green chillies
- 1 cup dhania and mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
Directions
- Soak chunks in hot water for 10 min & dal for 5 in cold water.
- Grind both into coarse paste separately.
- mix all the ingredients add salt lastly sprinkle cornflour.
- Shape into thin finger like sticks & deep fry in oil
