Boondi Raita

Popular yoghurt side dish

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • ½ cup Boondi
  • 2 cups Yoghurt
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder, roasted
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Rock Salt
  • ½ tsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 no. Green Chilies, diced
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Soak the boondi in the water for 1/2 an hour, drain and keep aside.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients in the yoghurt.
  3. Garnish with Cilantro (coriander leaves).
