Flatten each piece of chicken breast. Fill the pieces with badaam-kaju paste & seal with thread.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cloves,bay leaf & green cardamom. Let them crackle then add chicken pieces & fry till golden brown.
Add curd & cook till chicken gets tender. Then take out the chicken pieces & keep gravy aside.
Again heat the remaining oil in a pan . Add sliced onion & fry till golden brown. Take out fried onions from the oil & make its paste with 1 tbsp curd.
Add brown onion paste in heating oil with ginger garlic paste & dry spices. Fry till oil seperates. Add the gravy . If gravy is too thick then add 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil & add chicken pieces.
Add Javitri , green cardamom pd. & cream. Cover the pan & cook on low flame for 10-15 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with Nan.
