Ingredients

1½ lbs (3/4 Kg) chicken mince
2 medium sized onions
1 piece of ginger
4 cloves garlic
½ bunch coriander leaves
½ tsp. cummin seeds
½ tsp.garam masala
1 egg
salt to taste
white pepper to taste
Directions
Grind all the ingdredients together except the egg and the salt.
Mix in the egg and salt.
Shape as desired, put on skewers and cook over a charcoal fire or in a
rotisserie til tender.
Garnish with onions and lemon wedges.
