Chicken kebab with cream

Serve with mint chutney and onion rings .

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 750 gms boneless chicken cut into cubes
    • 1 and half tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 and a half tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 5 tbsp gramflour
    • Half cup cream
    • 2 tsp white pepper
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
    • ½ cup cheesespread


    1. Marinate the chicken with ginger/garlic paste for 1 hour .
    2. heat oil in a heavy based pan . Add gramflour and stir till the oil separates from the flour .
    3. Remove from heat add cream , cheesespread , white pepper , egg and green cardamom powder . Whisk to a smooth paste and mix with chicken .
    4. Set aside for 2 hours .
    5. Skewer the chicken and grill on charcoal or cook on tandoor .
