Macaroni with baked beans.

Quick and easy

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    1. 1 tin baked beans
    2. 1/4 cup grated cheese
    3. 1 tsp dhania jeera powder
    4. ½ tsp turmeric powder
    5. 1 tsp red chilly powder
    6. 2 green chllies (slit)
    7. 1 onion finely sliced.
    8. 1 tomato(peeled and chopped)
    9. 2 capsicums(cut in rings)
    10. 1 ½ cups macaroni (boiled)
    11. 2 tbsps oil
    12. 1 tsp oregano


    1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, fry till soft,add capsicums and braise, till soft and oinons light in colour.
    2. Add tomato and spices, cook gently till they blend very well.
    3. Add baked beans and toss well.
    4. Arrange half of boiled macaroni in casserole, spread half of bean curry on it, cover with remaining macaroni and again put remaining bean curry on it.
    5. Sprinkle grated cheese and oregano , Bake for 10 mins in hot oven or till cheese melts.
    6. Serve hot.
