Peel the potatoes and boil them with little salt. Mash them properly, mix red chilly pwd ,knead till smooth. Keep aside.
Wash meat ,squeeze out water ,add ginger,garlic paste,salt, green chilly paste,and lemon.Mix it.
Braise the meat on medium heat till all the water dries up,add onions and braise for 5 minutes, remove from the heat ,add mint leaves, coriander leaves, and garam masala pwd, mix well.
Make 6 to 8 balls of potatoes, flatten with palm and put the filling, gather the edges and seal them properly ,flatten a bit to make tikki,finish the remaining balls that way and keep aside.
Beat egg with 1 tbsp water ,dip each cutlet in egg and roll it in bread crumbs, deep fry in hot oil.(2 cutlets at a time.)
