Fried chicken tikka

A new style of chicken tikka fried with the skewers

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
    • 1 cup yougart
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp termaric powder
    • 1 tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp ginger paste
    • 1/2 tsp baking power
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 15 bamboo or wood skewers (sticks) 

    Directions

    1. Add all ingredients into yogurt and mix well.
    2. Cut chicken into cubes
    3. Marinate chicken and keep it for 2 - 3 hours in refrigerator
    4. Stuck 4 chicken cubes to one stick. Break the skewers if they are too long. 
    5. Then deep fry all sticks till golden brown
    6. Serve with tomato katchup

    this is a nice dish,but masala falls of while fryingto avoid this add i little of corn or plain flour,there will be no change in taste and also no wasteage of spices also make them really small and use small tooth picks and serve as cocktail starters.

    If the chicken was roasted or baked instead of fried it can be eaten with all kind of people. thanx
