A new style of chicken tikka fried with the skewers
this is a nice dish,but masala falls of while fryingto avoid this add i little of corn or plain flour,there will be no change in taste and also no wasteage of spices also make them really small and use small tooth picks and serve as cocktail starters.
If the chicken was roasted or baked instead of fried it can be eaten with all kind of people.
