1 bowl Paneer ( cut into small cubes and fry them)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp oil salt and chilli powder to taste.
Directions
Cut onion and Capsicum into big pieces separately.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Fry for few minutes till slightly brown then add capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, soy sauce, tomato sauce, cashew nuts, paneer, salt and chill powder.
Stir well and cover the lid.
Remove from flame after a minute or 2. Make sure that capsicums doesn't get tender. Serve hot with Parathas.
