Mango Shake

Mangi Shake is favourite at indian restaurants. Now make it on ur own.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup peeled and chopped ripe mango or 1/2 cup mango pulp
    • sugar to taste (less if pulp is used)
    • 1/4th tsp. cardamom powder (optional)
    • Few ice-cubes

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
    2. Strain through a sieve, pushing as much liquid as possible.  If the pulp has been used there is no need to strain.
    3. Pour in glasses and serve.
    4. Garnish with top of a mint sprig

    Tasty and very easy to prepare....!!

    after the shake is poured in a glass then put a scoop of vanila ice cream then garnish it with small pieces of mangoes or cherry.this will make the drink more tasty
