Mango delight

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 3 cups mango pulp     
    • 7 tbsp icing sugar
    • 3 tbsp gelatin
    • 2 cups tiny bits of mango.
    • For decoration:- whipped cream, mango sliced.


    1. Dissolve gelation in hot water.
    2. Put cream. mango pulp, icing sugar and dissolved gelatin in jar and mix in a juice for 5secs.
    3. Stir in mango bits and set in wet molds in a refrigerator. Decorate with whipped cream and sliced mango before serving
