Bring to boiling point, half cooked. (for 2 cup rice take 3 cup water).
Drain the water, and pour some oil mix it and keep aside.
Fry all the vegetable together in two spoon of oil. (keep aside)
Fry all the Dry fruits till it become light brown. (keep aside)
Fry Half cooked rice in 1 table spoon for 2 Minutes.(Keep aside)
Fry Onion till golden brown and mix ginger garlic paste, cook it for atleast 2 Minutes. Mix all the vegitable,and Dry fruits,saute for 1 minutes. Mix Corriander pwd, Veg.Masala , red chilli and salt . saute for 2-3 minutes.
pour the rice from the top so that it covers all the vegetable.
Pour the water from side of utensil 1/2 cup and cover it on low flame Better if put the grill on flame and utensil on grill.
after 10 minutes again pour the water from sides of utensil and cook it for 10 minutes.
