These are tasty and healthy. It can be good for breakfast.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup besan
1/2 jawar flour
1 chopped onion(big)
1 bunch of spinach(palak)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilly powder
Oil to fry
salt to taste
Directions
Wash spinach, cut it & roughly grind it from grinder.
In a bowl, mix all flours(wheat, basan & jawar),add chopped onion, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric & chilly powder. Finally by adding spinach make a dough of the mixture.
Make 7-8 balls of the dough & roll it.make a hole at centre of paratha so as it can cook well.
On a hot griddle(Tawa) put the paratha & fry it by applying oil on it ,like regular paratha.Do the same for all paratha.
