Its a delicious & healthy snacks!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 cup peas (soaked & cooked or frozen)
    • 4-5 medium sized boiled  potatoes
    • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2 cup maida
    • 1 cup chopped spinach
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • Few cashew nuts
    • 4 tsp smashed paneer
    • 1 tsp green chilly paste
    • salt to taste


    1. In a bowl, take boiled potatoes & smash it well.
    2. Add peas, spinach & paneer & mix it well.
    3. Now add coriander leaves, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, green chilly paste. Finallyadd maida & again mix it well.
    4. Make 10-15 flatten round of it & stick a piece of cashew to it.(if it seems sticky to hand while making flatten round then apply some maida on hand) 
    5. Heat a pan with oil & deep fry them till turns to golden brown.
    6. Serve them with tomato or tamarind sauce.
