This recipe is easy to make & can be store for 2-3 days so can carry it while traveling.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cup wheat flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 4-5 tsp sugar
    • Ghee to fry
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Mix a cup of milk & sugar in one bowl.
    2. In one container take flour, add pinch of salt in it & make a thick dough of it by adding milk & sugar mixture in it.
    3. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
    4. Divide a dough in 3 portion. take one portion & make 3-4 small portion of it. Roll each portion like puri & lightly brush both surface of it with ghee.
    5. Now keep all puri one upon each other & roll it again like a  chapati. (keep it thick)
    6. On a hot griddle fry it with ghee.
    7. Repeat the same procedure for remaining 2 portions of dough.
    8. Serve it with  pickle or curd.
