unusual fresh flavored ,classical pancake, delicious to eat but inexpensive to make.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
1 cup plain flour
2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp butter
1 cup curd
2 sliced bananas
3 tsp dried coconut
2 tsp honey
pinch of salt
Directions
Whisk together the flour,eggs and milk till turns to smooth. now add 2 tsp coconut , pinch of salt and mix it well & keep the batter aside for 20 min.
Melt small amount of butter on a pan. pour in enough of batter to coat the base of pan. leave it to set & cook it 1-2 min, then turn it and again allow to cook it for 1 min. place it in to plate & repeat the same procedure for remaining batter.
Serve this pancakes with few slices of bananas & spoonful curd for each person, sprinkle pinch of coconut & drizzle of honey.
Other seasonal fruits can also be used with this pancakes like mango, strawberries are name of few.
