Coconut Pancake

unusual fresh flavored ,classical pancake, delicious to eat but inexpensive to make.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup plain flour
    • 2 cup milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp butter
    • 1 cup curd
    • 2 sliced bananas
    • 3 tsp dried coconut
    • 2 tsp honey
    • pinch of salt


    1. Whisk together the flour,eggs and milk till turns to smooth. now add 2 tsp coconut , pinch of salt and mix it well & keep the batter aside for 20 min.
    2. Melt small amount of butter on a pan. pour in enough of batter to coat the base of pan. leave it to set & cook it 1-2 min, then turn it and again allow to cook it for 1 min. place it in to plate & repeat the same procedure for remaining batter.
    3. Serve this pancakes with few slices of bananas & spoonful curd for each person, sprinkle pinch of coconut & drizzle of honey.
    4. Other seasonal fruits can also be used with this pancakes like mango, strawberries are name of few.




    oh yes you can use it will defiantly enhances its taste but still add dried coconut which makes it crispy to eat.



    Hi Mala....Good idea! M sure it will turn out more delicious with fresh coconut milk.


    can I use fresh thick coconut milk instead of plain milk?
