One of the most famous, tasty & simple chinese food.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 steamed potato
1 chopped capsicum
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chopped garlic flakes
pinch of ajinomoto (chinese salt)
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup maida
3 tsp corn starch
chilly sauce
tomato sauce
soya sauce
oil to fry
Directions
Boil all vegetables except capsicum.remove water from it & take them in one bowl.
Once get cool smash well all the vegetable. add ajinomoto, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar,maida, corn starch. mix all together & make a soft, thick dough of it.
Make 15-18 balls of this dough.
Dip fry all the ball in oil.
Heat another pan with 2 tsp oil, add ginger-garlic paste in it. then add few chopped garlic in it.
Add 2 tsp of each sauce & capsicum. shallow fry it.
