Chilled Lassi with Ice Cream is a great combination during summer, everyone enjoy it lot.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
4 cup milk
2 cup yogurt
1 tsp custard powder(Vanilla flavored)
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
4 tsp sugar
4-5 cubes of ice
Directions
Heat a pan, pour the milk & boil it 15 min.
Meanwhile,in one small bowl take 3 tsp milk & add custard powder in it, mix it well & pour it in a boiling milk.let it boil again for 5 min & then remove from fire.
Allow it to cool to room temparature & fridge it for an hour.
Now beat the yogurd, take it in blender, add custard milk,sugar,icecubes & blend it.
Pour it in a glass, add ice cream on it & serve it.
Note: Enjoy a different flavours lassi with same method just changing custard powder & icecream flavour.
