Spicy ButterMilk!

Famous Maharashtrian fare adds great taste in meal & also it helps to wash out heavy & spicy food. thats why it mostly included in wedding food.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup yogurt
    • handful chopped coriander leaves
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/4 black salt powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4 black pepper powder
    • 1/2 cup bundi
    • pinch of asafoetida
    • 1/4 tsp green chilly paste
    • 1/4 tsp ginger-garlic paste

    Directions

    1. Beat yogurt in one bowl & add 3 cups of water in it.
    2. Now add all ingredients in it except bundi & mix it well.
    3. Refrigerate it for half an hour.
    4. Before serving add bundi & then serve it.
