Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 idlis ( cut into four pieces)
    • 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
    • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
    • 1 tsp green chilli (chopped)
    • 1 onion ( square pieces)
    • 1 green shimla mirch ( square pieces)
    • 1 tsp soya sause
    • 2 tsp tomato sause
    • 2 tsp chilli sause
    • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
    • 2 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp cornflour( mix it with water)
    • 1 cup of water
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    • In a pan heat oil.
    • Add ginger, garlic and green chilli.
    • After 2-3 sec add onion and shimla mirch fry it for 2 sec
    • Now add soya souse, tomato sause, chilli sause, ajinomoto and salt.
    • Saute it for 1 min then add a cup of water.
    • Now add cornflour and idli.
    • Mix it well and serve
