Fried Chicken

Fried chicken with garlic and dhania chutney

A snack with chutney can be prepared immediately

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • Salt to taste
  • 8 pieces Chicken
  • 2 tbsps. Garlic, paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, paste
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds, coarsly ground
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¾ tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1½ tbsps. Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsps. Vinegar
  • 250 gms. Gram flour
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 no. Egg
  • 5 nos. Lemon
  • 100 gms. Coriander leaves
  • 5 nos. Garlic
  • 2 tsps. Sugar
  • Green Chilies to taste


  1. Clean chicken and mix ginger garlc paste, ajwain, black pepper, Ajinomoto, soy sauce, vinegar, and gram flour in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Mix egg in the marinated chicken to prepare it for frying.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Deep fry all the pieces.

For chutney:

  1. Make a paste of garlic and coriander leaves and mix the remaining ingredients.
  2. Extract the juice of all the lemons and mix well into the chutney.



HORRIBLE! I tried this chicken and it tasted really bad. What a waste of time and money! The whole dish ended up in garbage. I would definitely not be trying this dish ever again. Thank you!


very old recipe we are using this since our mothers were use to do cooking,so borring!


Even small childrens can make this fried chicken.i have much good recipes then old fried chicken
