Tomato and carrot soup

tasty n butter free soup

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 tomatoes ( chopped)
    • 1 carrot (chopped)
    • 2 onions ( chopped)
    • 5 tbsp  coconut paste
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp white flour

    Directions

    1. Put tomatoes, carrot, onion and coconut paste in a pressure cooker. Cook for 5 min with enough water
    2. Allow it to cool and grind the above mixture.
    3. Heat pan, pour all blended mixture in it, add white flour, pepper powder, salt and stir well.
    4. cook for 2 min then remove from flame.
    5. Soup is ready to serve

    Priya, Rama has forgotten to mention about straining after stage 2. I am not using onion and white flour but still it tastes good.
