- Cut the stem into very small pieces ie finely chopped(while cutting you get fiber remove that by rolling in your index finger)
- Immediately put in a bowl of water and mix 2 tbsp of butter milk. This is to avoid colour change.
- When finished cutting take a bowl, add curd and salt to taste, pinch of asafoetida powder ,and other ingredients mix well.
- Now squeeze and take the stem from bowl of water and add to the curd mixer.
- Mix it again.
- Salad is ready
NOTE: we can add vegetables like carrot, olive, etc to our taste to it.
