Spicy pasta

its simple n delicious

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • penne pasta
    • 2 tbsps butter
    • 1 tsp ajwain
    • 5 cloves garlic ( finely chopped)
    • 2 cups onions (finely chopped)
    • 1 cup tomatoe ( finely chopped)
    • 2 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tsp black pepper powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 2 tsp chili sauce
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • grated cheese

    Directions

    1. Boil pasta in hot water with 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil.
    2. Let it boil till pasta become soft ( not very soft or else they will become soggy)
    3. Drain the water and pour cold water on them and keep them aside
    4. Now heat butter in a separate pan, put ajwain and onions, saute till onions translucent, Add garlic
    5. Add tomatoes, saute for 3 mins and then add all the spices and sauces
    6. cook on medium heat till butter starts showing on edges
    7. Now put pasta and mix it well
    8. put cheese over it and put the lid
    9. let the cheese melt and serve hot
