Directions
- Boil chicken with chopped tomatoes,green chillies,onion,garammasala powder,salt and two cups of water until tender.
- In a pan heat oil and fry cashewnut powder untill golden brown and add milk and stir well so that the lumps are not formed.mix the paste into the chicken and stir well
and let cook for 5 to 8 minutes and remove from stove and garnish with chopped corriander and sliced hard boiled egg.
Serve hot with til waale naan or tandoori roti.
If desired smoke with burning coal.
