mince indian cottage chees cooked in tomoto and onion hearbs gravy.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 250 g indian cottage chees(paneer)
    • 150 g tomoto pure
    • 200 g onion paste
    • 50 g fresh garlic paste
    • 50 g fresh ginger paste
    • 50 g fresh green chilli paste
    • 1 tsp. red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp. turmeric
    • 25 g hot spicy powder.(garam masala)(bay leef, laung, coriander powder, cumin, mace, nutmege, star anise.)
    • 150 ml oil (sun flower or cotton seeds oil)
    • for garnishing green coriender leef.
    • salt as per need


    1. make indian cottage chees(panner) minced
    2. take oil in pan and make it hot(3-4 min)
    3. add onion paste in oil cooked it till it become brown(6-10min)
    4. now add red chilli and turmeric powder
    5. put tomoto pure and cook it well
    6. add saly as per need
    7. now add garlic ginger and green chilli paste
    8. mix all well
    9. now add miniced indian cottage chees(paneer)and hot spicy and mix it well and leave it for 7-10 min
    10. now paneer bhurji is ready add green leef of coriender on it.
