Almond Pudding

Different kind of Badami Halwa

This halwa is specially for winter season for generating heat & easily digest in winter. It can be store for 4-5 days.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup Almonds
    • 1 cup condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp cardamom powder
    • 3 tsp ghee  

    Directions

     

    1. Coursely grind the soaked almonds from grinder.
    2. Heat a thick based pan with a ghee, add ground almonds in it.
    3. Keep mixing almonds with ghee for 5 min.
    4. Now add sugar & mix it. As sugar starts melting, mixture becomes moist.
    5. Then add condensed milk(alternatively khoya can be used)
    6. Allow to cook it for 5-7min, then add cardamom powder & remove it from fire.
    7. Serve it hot. it can store for 4-5 days in fridge.
